Shipping
We offer free shipping on all our listings (some locations excluded). *Any items over $500 delivered to US will be sent to the eBay Authentication center. eBay covers all costs of the process–you will only be charged the $35 shipping fee by them.
All international orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, or EMS, with tracking numbers provided.
For items that cannot be shipped via EMS—such as accessories made of precious metals or stones (e.g. platinum, gold, silver, diamonds)—we will use FedEx or DHL instead.
Tracking will be provided for all shipments.
Returns
We offer free returns within 60 days of delivery.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the item in the same condition as received, and we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
To return an item:
1.Please start a return request through eBay within 60 days of receiving the item.
2.Pack the item securely, and include all original packaging and accessories.
3.Please clearly write “RETURN CARGO” on the outside of the package.
4.Use the prepaid return label provided via eBay.
5.Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we’ll issue a full refund.
